Can I see the facility in advance so I know what it looks like?
Yes, please contact the perosns listed above to make arrangements.

Can the facility be opened earlier so that I can get a head start in preparation for the event?
Yes, although set-up time should be included in your reservation. If your event starts at 7:00pm , you may want to reserve the facility at 6:30pm so that you have ample time for set-up.

Will any extra time be given for cleaning the center?
No, clean up time should be included in your reservation as well. For example, if your event ends at 8:00pm you should reserve the facility until 8:30pm to account for clean up.

What if I change my mind and decide not to hold the event?
Your event may be deferred to a later date, however if you decide to cancel your event your payment will be forfeited. You must understand that these facilities are operated by volunteers who, at most times, compromise their busy life schedules to provide you with the best possible service. Therefore, we do not encourage changes once a reservation has been made.

What if I have overpaid?
Your money will be refunded, bust you may want to consder donating the same.

Can I transfer the ownership of the reservation to some one else?
Yes.

Can I make reservation in person instead of over the internet?
Yes, please contact the perosns listed above to make arrangements.  

If my event ends early, can I leave before the agreed upon closing time?
You must wait until the facility supervisor arrives to lock up. If your event ends early, please contact the perosns listed above to make arrangements. If it is possible s/he will try to come earlier to accommodate you.

Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, in the best interests of both the Islamic Cneter and yourself, you will have to sign a contract form as part of the hall reservation procedure.
