The Annual General Assembly of the Islamic Society of Greater Lansing will take place on Saturday, November 18, 2023.
Elections will be held to elect a new body of representatives
Board of Trustees (3 positions)
Executive Committee
School Committee.
Nominations can be submitted online via this form or in the designated box at the Islamic Center.
One can learn about the various positions and the responsibilities they entail by reading the constitution.
Deadline to nominate candidates and for registering to become a member (to vote and for a candidate to run for an office) is
8 pm, Friday, November 10.

Membership Renewal / New Sign up
We invite members of our community to sign up to become members of the Islamic Society of Greater Lansing. Current members who have not renewed their annual membership are hereby reminded to do so by paying your annual dues. A membership in the Society gives the member the privilege to serve the community as an elected officer and to vote in the general elections. Anyone who is 18 years and up can sign-up to become a voting member of the Islamic Society of Greater Lansing. Membership is required to run for an office (Board, Executive Committee and the School Committee) and to vote to elect officers of the Society.
